Morrissey returns to Denmark in 2026

Experience Morrissey live with hits from both The Smiths and his solo catalog when the British icon visits Denmark again next year at Aarhus Congress Center on February 13.

In 2026, Morrissey returns to Denmark following his completely sold-out concert at K.B. Hallen, this time visiting the City of Smiles.

Morrissey’s influence and musical legacy are indisputable. With 13 solo albums, a long list of No. 1 singles, and an Ivor Novello Award for Outstanding Contribution to British Music, he is widely regarded as one of the most influential figures in British pop music, and notably one of the greatest lyricists of his generation. He also received a Social Vanguard Award in 2024 in recognition of his ‘outstanding service and dedication to Animal Rights.’

As the lead singer of the groundbreaking Manchester band The Smiths, he helped leave a lasting mark on music history with just four albums. As a solo artist, he has consolidated a sound that still resonates today, cementing his status as one of the most celebrated voices of the past four decades.

When The Smiths’ debut single, ‘Hand In Glove,’ first hit the airwaves 40 years ago, the musical landscape was changed forever, marking the beginning of a rich catalog of generational anthems such as ‘This Charming Man,’ ‘How Soon Is Now?,’ ‘There Is A Light That Never Goes Out,’ ‘Suedehead,’ ‘Everyday Is Like Sunday,’ ‘Irish Blood, English Heart,’ ‘First of the Gang to Die,’ and many more.

His acclaimed solo catalog has resulted in multiple top 10 chart placements in both the UK and the US, including Viva Hate, Bona Drag, Kill Uncle, Your Arsenal, Vauxhall and I, Southpaw Grammar, Maladjusted, You Are the Quarry, Greatest Hits, Ringleader of the Tormentors, Years of Refusal, World Peace Is None of Your Business, Low in High School, California Son, and I Am Not a Dog on a Chain.

Morrissey’s upcoming tour continues the celebration of all the songs that have resonated with fans worldwide and across generations over the past 40 years. It’s a tribute that local fans can look forward to experiencing – or re-experiencing – when the famous and notorious artist takes the stage at Aarhus Congress Center.

In record time, Annika has established herself as one of the Nordic region’s most remarkable new voices. With her outstanding talent for songwriting, distinctive vocals, and ability to create an immediate connection with listeners, she has achieved in a few years what very few accomplish over an entire career.

Earlier this year, her debut album AW was released, already achieving 3x platinum and over 100 million streams – an accomplishment that cements her status as one of the biggest musical breakthroughs of our time. Annika has won P3 Talent, performed for sold-out venues, and most recently opened the Orange Stage at Roskilde Festival – all within a remarkably short period.

Now Annika is taking the next step and announcing her first major Nordic headliner tour, which will include a stop at Aarhus Congress Center. The tour marks a new chapter for Annika – bigger stages, a new visual universe, and a live production that elevates her music beyond streaming numbers and straight into the hearts of the audience.

20 years on the throne – Johnson celebrates two decades at the top of Danish hip hop

In April 2026, Johnson marks 20 years on the Danish hip hop scene with two major concerts at Bella Arena and Aarhus Congress Center. With his characteristic twinkle in the eye, sharp flow, and a career packed with hits, Johnson has long cemented his status as one of Denmark’s most legendary rap voices. From his early days in B.A.N.G.E.R.S. to his solo breakthrough with Kig Forbi and Det Passer, he has managed to combine humor, honesty, and attitude in his universe.

GAFFA awarded five stars for the concert at Store Vega in 2023, calling it ‘a childhood dream happily fulfilled’ – an artist who has provided the soundtrack for an entire generation and still stands at the top of his game. Johnson’s live performances are legendary for their energy, presence, and ability to bring audiences together across generations.

At the concerts, the audience can expect an explosive journey through two decades of Danish hip hop, where the classics meet new bangers – all delivered with the uncompromising energy and self-ironic charm that have made Johnson an icon in Danish music.

Saveus is going on tour and will hit Aarhus Congress Center with a new, spectacular live experience, filled with big emotions from the provinces, intimacy, and the high energy that characterizes a Saveus concert. The audience can look forward to experiencing Saveus at their best.

About the tour and what the audience can expect, Martin Hoberg Hedegaard says: On our indoor tour in 2024, we traveled around the country and tested a few songs from the new album at our concerts. It was absolutely amazing to see how well it worked! It’s always risky to introduce new material, so it was insanely exciting! Now the new album is finally out, and with it, we can create an entirely new Saveus concert. It will probably feature the big emotions from the provinces, intimacy, and the high energy that people already know from a Saveus concert. We’ll 100% play some of both the new and the very old songs. And I think we’ll also include the new single ‘Vil Du Noget?’ which I wrote with Guldimund. The guys and I are incredibly excited to get started, and we hope to see lots of both new and familiar faces next fall!

Turboweekend announces the biggest show of their career!

The critically acclaimed live phenomenon will play only two headline shows in 2026, one of them at ACC in Aarhus. Turboweekend cements their comeback with this arena show.

In the spring of 2025, the trio, known for hits such as ‘Into You,’ ‘After Hours,’ ‘Trouble Is,’ ‘On My Side,’ ‘Miles and Miles,’ and many more, returned after a 10-year musical hiatus and instantly ignited a new musical spark with the disco-inferno ‘Under Overfladen.’ Their comeback was cemented that spring when Turboweekend embarked on their first tour in over six years. Tickets sold out in record time – and four shows turned into twelve, accompanied by a shower of stars and rave reviews from Soundvenue, Politiken, Jyllands-Posten, and GAFFA.

Following a massive live summer – which included everything from NorthSide to Heartland, Smukfest, and Fredagsrock in Tivoli – Turboweekend can now unveil the biggest shows of their career, including a stop at Aarhus Congress Center in 2026.

Blaue Blume is moving up to the next level as a live band

With the group’s third album Regnvåde Sale, released in January 2025, Blaue Blume entered a new phase as a band. Although the group had sung in Danish before, Blaue Blume went all in and fully embraced their native language on this album. This resulted in an artistic expression that was more immediate and intimate than the carefully crafted dream pop that characterizes Syzygy (2015) and Bell of Wool (2019).

The ‘new’ Blaue Blume has struck a chord with the Danish audience. All concerts on the upcoming Regnvåde Sale tour have been sold out six months in advance.
An album that was met with a bouquet of unqualified critical praise, including 5-star reviews in GAFFA and Soundvenue, as well as 6/6 in Jyllands-Posten. Regnvåde Sale also entered the Danish Top 40 chart at #4 and #14 on Spotify Weekly Top Albums. Singles like ‘Det er din kærlighed,’ ‘Følsom dreng,’ and ‘Smilet kommer nemt’ have been in regular rotation on P3 and P6.
This sustained momentum has enabled the band to move up to the next level as a live act with the announcement of two concerts at Royal Arena (November 27, 2026) and Aarhus Congress Center (November 28, 2026). These two concerts will truly cement Blaue Blume’s status as a major and unifying Danish orchestra and showcase ‘the truly immense power the band possesses,’ as described in Soundvenue’s 5-star review of their concert at Syd for Solen in August 2025.
