It will be the party of the year when Hej Matematik visits Aarhus Congress Center!

As if there wasn’t already enough of a party with Hej Matematik, they’re also bringing the party DJ Emil Lange as support.

It’s been 10 years since we last heard new material from Hej Matematik, yet they’ve never really been gone. Because the music will always be there, living its own life within all of us—and that’s exactly the feeling Søren and Nicolaj Rasted turn up in “Soundtracket Til Vores Ungdom.”

“Everyone remembers their first kiss, falling in love, and the heartbreak. The parties with friends and those moments you created and shared together in a kind of eternal mini-cosmos. Because with those experiences came the music—the words and melodies that stay with us and can instantly take us back to our youth, which has inevitably helped shape who we became and who we are today,” say Søren and Nicolaj Rasted.

Hej Matematik has released the single “Soundtracket Til Vores Ungdom.” The song is a tribute and homage to some of the greatest artists from the 80s and 90s—creatively built around classic lyrical snippets from as many as 35 songs. It thus becomes yet another addition to the Rasted duo’s hit-filled back catalog.

They broke through in the late 2000s—dressed in black-and-white suits and with a refreshingly understated self-irony and humor that resonated with audiences and fans across the country. Their debut album “Vi Burde Ses Noget Mere” went platinum with singles like “Gymnastik,” “Centerpubben,” and of course the double-platinum hit “Walkmand,” while their second album, “Alt Går Op i 6,” was just as successful, featuring the legendary “Party i Provinsen.”
